Full Home reporting

A report your client can actually read.

Give each finding a title, narrative, photos and a recommendation. Minor, Major and Material categories help your client understand what needs attention. The published report brings the findings summary, photos, category explanations and your contact details together, with Summary View for a faster read.

Insert comments from your narrative library, or use one of your 25 AI requests to rewrite a narrative. Capture photos in succession from your phone. Start with a built-in Full Home template, copy and edit it, or import your Spectora workbook as a private template.

Florida insurance forms

The evidence belongs beside the answer.

Write the 2026 Wind Mitigation form, Four Point and Roof Certification from the same Florida property job.

Section 2 · Region

Wind-region evidence

On a purchased job, the ASCE lookup starts with the first Wind Mitigation report and supplies an evidence image. Review the result and confirm the region. The editable practice sample uses manual region selection.

Section 3 · Roof slope

A reference in the frame

The Roof Slope Assistant uses your phone's camera and level to compare the roof edge with the 6:12 line. Send the resulting image to the report.

Section 5 · Deck attachment

Nail spacing with context

Print a dated, address-stamped ruler label on a supported Brother label printer. Place it beside the fasteners for your nail-spacing photos.

Sections 1 and 4 · Building and roof

Put the permit to work

Review year built, permit dates and reroof records alongside the form. Attach the relevant permit's evidence image to support the answer you confirm.

Field guidance stays close to the answers. Form Preview shows OIR-B1-1802 (Rev. 04/26) before you publish. Four Point and Roof Certification also let you bring relevant permit evidence into the report.

At the property

Research inside the writer.

The Permits tab keeps returned records and evidence images close to your report. Each image identifies the permit and available dates, description and contractor, together with its source, job reference and generation time.

Use a data-plate photo to help identify equipment with Serial Number Lookup. Search the CPSC recall registry and save the result. Open the building department or appraiser portal from the jurisdiction links when you need to check a source record.

Your client. Your work.

Delivered under your name.

Your company logo, license, signature and contact details belong on the report. Share a hosted link that opens without a client login and shows the current published version. Deliver a full PDF or a summary PDF, stamp your initials and retain PDF versions. Revise the same job after publishing as needed.

Published reports remain accessible for at least three years from their publish date. Download the rendered report as an offline-capable index.html with its files, at no charge, to preserve it or host it on your own web server. Property data and permit evidence exports are available too.

Fit it into your day

Keep what already works.

The writer runs in your phone's browser, with passkey sign-in available. Keep your scheduler and invoicing. Use InspectionPress for a whole report, Florida forms or property research as your work requires.

An installable offline field mode is planned. Today's writer needs a connection; downloading a published report gives you an offline copy for reading and preservation.

Before your first job

A few practical answers.

Who can sign a Florida wind mitigation form?

A qualified inspector authorized under Florida law. A home inspector needs the required license and hurricane-mitigation training; other authorized categories have their own requirements. Section 627.711 sets out the qualifications and inspection responsibilities. Buying a job does not grant a license.

Is next year's wind mitigation at the same house a new job?

Yes. A later, separate inspection is a new $6 property job. Revisions to the current job stay with that job. Verified active InterNACHI membership can qualify for the $5 rate.

Do carriers accept these forms?

Florida law requires insurers to accept a valid Uniform Mitigation Verification form signed by an authorized mitigation inspector, subject to its verification provisions. Acceptance depends on the completed form and its evidence. Read the requirements in section 627.711.
