Payments, receipts, promo codes and member pricing
How checkout works, how to use a promo code, InterNACHI member pricing and where to see payment status.
Checkout
You pay when you activate a property job. Review the address and price, accept the terms and choose Continue to secure payment. Payments are processed by Square.
Payment status and receipts
Open the property's Property Status panel to see whether payment is complete. Keep your payment confirmation for your business records. If you need a receipt you can't find, contact support with the property address and purchase date.
Promo codes
Enter a code under Have a promo code? before choosing Continue to secure payment. Codes are validated at checkout, and the final price is shown before you pay.
InterNACHI member pricing
Verified active InterNACHI members pay $5 per property job instead of $6. Membership is verified through InterNACHI's connection; entering a member number on its own isn't enough. Any optional InterNACHI Buy-Back Guarantee fee is separate.
Advance purchases and volume
If you buy many jobs a month, ask about volume and advance-purchase pricing using the contact form.
Payment problems
If a payment fails, check the card details and try again. If you were charged but the property didn't activate, don't pay a second time. Contact support so we can match the payment to your property.
