Add AI results to your Property Research Report
Choose which AI analyses appear in the research report, and edit the wording your reader sees.
AI results stay private in the AI Lab until you choose to include them in the Property Research Report.
Include a result
- Open AI Lab and select the tool with the result you want.
- Read the result in full and check names, dates and facts.
- Turn on Show in Property Research Report.
The newest saved result for that tool appears in its own section, under the tool's name, at the end of the report. It shows in the HTML, shared and PDF versions.
Edit what the reader sees
Use Customize report copy to change the wording in the report, then choose Save report settings. This changes the report only. Your original AI result and request history stay as they were.
Remove a result
Turn off Show in Property Research Report. The result stays saved in the AI Lab, and you can add it back later.
None of this uses an AI request. Including, editing or removing a result is free.
Before you share
Open the report and read the AI sections as your client will. Check anything that mentions recalls, permits, insurance, safety or property value against the original source.
