Run an AI analysis: focus, length, tone and model
Set up an analysis that's useful the first time, and save prompts you can reuse on every property.
1. Choose a tool
Open AI Lab and pick a tool, such as Property Summary.
2. Tell it what to focus on
Under Customize the analysis, describe what you want. Specific instructions get better results. For example:
- "Summarize documented improvements and renovations, naming the evidence source and date."
- "Identify the most important unknowns to verify before inspection."
- "Create a concise property overview for a prospective buyer, without assuming defects."
The suggested prompts fill in these instructions for you.
3. Set the options
- Number of paragraphs: 2 to 8. Five is the default.
- Writing tone: Professional, Detailed Technical, Plain English, Client friendly or Concise.
- AI model: Standard, or Premium for complex records.
- Analysis depth: Balanced or Thorough.
- Research period: optional dates to narrow external data, such as weather on a storm date.
Premium and Thorough can take longer, but they still use only one AI request.
4. Generate
Choose Generate analysis (or Run lookup for lookup tools). Keep the window open until the result is saved.
Save prompts you use often
Under Saved prompt library, choose Manage prompts and then New prompt to save instructions you can reuse on every property. Saved prompts are private to your account.
Get more from each request
Edit the saved text instead of regenerating for small wording changes. Editing doesn't use a request.
