Your 25 AI requests: what counts and what doesn't

Every property job includes 25 AI requests. They're shared across the whole job: every AI Lab tool and the AI features in the report writers draw from the same 25.

What uses a request

• Generating an AI Lab analysis
• Running an AI Lab lookup, such as a serial number or recall lookup
• Generating the AI property summary on the Information tab
• AI features in the report writers, such as narrative rewriting and photo analysis

What's free

• Editing text you've already generated
• Including, editing or removing AI sections in the Property Research Report
• Viewing previous results
• Choosing the Premium model or Thorough depth. These still count as one request.

Check what's left

Your remaining requests appear in the AI Lab ("25 of 25 AI requests remaining") and in the Property Status panel.

When you run out

You can keep writing, editing, publishing and revising reports. Only new AI generations stop. There's no paid top-up, because the allowance is meant for focused help rather than unlimited generation.

Make each request count

• Write specific instructions with the audience and purpose.
• Use saved prompts for analyses you run on every property.
• Edit a good draft instead of regenerating it.
