Sign in securely with passwords and passkeys
Change your password, add a passkey for Face ID, Touch ID or Windows Hello, and recover access.
Change your password
Open Account settings, scroll to Security, enter your current password and your new password twice, then choose Change password. Use at least 12 characters, and don't reuse a password from another site.
Add a passkey
Passkeys let you sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a security key instead of typing your password.
- Open Account settings and find Passkeys.
- Enter your current password.
- Choose Add a passkey and follow your device's prompt.
Your fingerprint or face never leaves your device. Passkeys are optional, and your password keeps working. You can remove a passkey at any time from the same section.
If you can't sign in
Choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and follow the link sent to your verified email. Passkeys can't be used for account recovery.
Keep your account secure
- Don't share your login with anyone, including assistants or other inspectors. Each professional should have their own account, because reports carry the signer's identity.
- Sign out on shared computers.
- Never send your password to support. We'll never ask for it.
