Explore the sample property

Every account includes a sample property labeled SAMPLE on My Properties. It's free and doesn't count as a purchase.

A suggested tour

1. Open the property. Choose Open Property on the sample.
2. Review property details. Open the Information tab to see property facts and how private corrections work.
3. Check permits. Open the Permits tab and select a permit to see its details and evidence image.
4. Open the Property Research Report. Choose View Report on the Property Research Report card, then try the PDF and share options.
5. Open a report writer. Choose Edit Report on the Wind Mitigation or Four Point report to see how the form is organized.
6. Preview a report. Choose View Report to see what your client receives.

What's turned off

Features that call paid outside services are disabled for the sample, including AI Lab analyses, the ASCE wind lookup and report preparation for some writers. You'll see a message saying the operation isn't available for a sample property, or an error state where a lookup would normally run. These features work normally on properties you purchase.

Reset or hide it

• Reset Sample restores the sample to its original state, so experiment freely.
• Hide sample on My Properties removes it from your list. See Manage your properties from the dashboard.
