Manage your properties from the dashboard
Search and sort your properties, track inspection dates, export your list and hide the sample.
My Properties is your dashboard. It shows every property job in your account.
At the top
- Properties: how many property jobs you have
- Reports: how many reports exist across your properties
- Upcoming: properties with an inspection date coming up
Upcoming inspections
This panel lists properties with a scheduled inspection date. Set the date when you add a report, or from the property page. InspectionPress doesn't create calendar events or send reminders, so keep your scheduling in your usual calendar.
Find a property
Use Search & filters to find a property by address, city or status. Sort the list by property, number of reports, inspection date, created date or status. Choose Open Property to go to its property page.
Export your list
Choose Export CSV to download your property list as a CSV file, which you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Hide the sample
Choose Hide sample to remove the sample property from your list once you no longer need it.
