Find your way around the property page

The property page is the home base for a job. Use the tabs at the top to jump to each section.

Tabs

Tab	What it's for
Overview	Property photo, map and directions
Information	Property facts, private corrections and the AI property summary
Reports	The Property Research Report and every report you've added, with Edit, View, Publish and Add Report
Permits	Permit records for the address, with details and evidence images
Jurisdictions	Links to the building department, permit portals and property appraiser
AI Lab	Ten AI analysis and lookup tools for the property

Panels

• Property Notes: private notes for the job. See Property photo, map and property notes.
• Downloads: the property archive ZIP
• Status: opens Property Status, with payment status, research sources, report count and your remaining AI requests

Report cards

Each report card shows its status (Draft or Published), with:

• Edit Report to open the writer
• View Report to preview what your client will see
• the gear icon for report tools: Add Initials, Version History, Rebuild PDF, Quick Publish, Rename, Report Settings and Delete Report
• the share icon to send a hosted link

For Full Home reports, the card also shows a count of findings by category.

Tips

• Start with the Information and Permits tabs. Year built, roof permits and HVAC permits feed directly into Four Point and Wind Mitigation answers.
• Use Hide details on long sections to keep the page short.
