Correct, tag and customize property details
Fix wrong provider data without losing the original, tag fields with colors and notes, and choose which fields you see.
Property facts come from outside data providers and can be out of date or wrong. You can correct them without losing the original values.
Make a private correction
- Open the Information tab.
- Choose the pencil icon on a field, such as year built or square footage.
- Enter the correct value and choose Save.
The field shows Edited with the original provider value underneath, so you can always tell what changed. Choose Revert original to undo your correction.
Corrections apply to your job only. They don't change the provider's records.
Tag a field with a color or note
In the same editing window you can:
- add a reference color (blue, green, yellow, red or purple) to flag fields to double-check
- add a reference note, such as "Appraiser shows 1,520 sq ft"
Reference notes are for your eyes only. They're never included in reports or downloaded evidence images.
Choose which fields you see
Choose Customize fields to show or hide individual property cards. Square footage and year built always stay visible. Use Hide all fields without content to clean up properties with sparse records, then Save layout. You can also drag cards to rearrange them.
