What's inside the property archive, what's left out, and how to open the offline reports.
The property archive is a single ZIP file with the records for a job. Use it for your business records, to send supporting material to a colleague, or to keep an offline copy.
Download it
Open the property, choose Downloads, then Download property archive ZIP.
What's inside

| evidence/permits/ | All available permit evidence images that can be generated from the returned records. Every available permit is considered; there is no ten-image count cap. Individual images may be unavailable or omitted when rendering or archive safety limits are reached; check manifest.json for details. |

Good to know
- Drafts aren't included. Publish a report first if you want it in the archive.
- Open offline reports by extracting the ZIP and opening index.html in the static-html folder.
- Missing files are listed in the manifest, so you'll know if an image or PDF wasn't available.
- The CSV includes your private notes and tags. Review it before sending the archive to anyone else.
