Property photo, map and property notes
Replace the property photo, get directions, and keep private notes for the job.
Property photo
The photo at the top of the property page also appears on the Property Research Report and on reports that use a cover image.
To replace it, choose Change photo, then:
- Upload image to choose a file, or
- Upload camera photo to take one with your phone.
Uploading your own photo doesn't trigger a Google Street View request. Use a current photo of the front of the building. Clients notice when the cover photo doesn't match the house.
Map and directions
The Overview tab shows the property on a map. Choose Apple Maps or Google Maps to open turn-by-turn directions on your phone.
Property notes
Open Property Notes to keep notes for the job, such as gate codes, occupant details or items to verify.
- Notes are private to your account inside the app.
- Saved notes can appear in the Property Research Report, so write them as if the report's recipient could read them. Keep sensitive details, such as lockbox codes, out of notes you plan to share.
- Notes are included in the property archive download.
For a note that should never leave your account, use a reference note on a property field instead. See Correct, tag and customize property details.
