Set up your professional profile, license and report contact details
Add the name, company, license, title and contact email that appear on your reports.
Your profile controls how you and your business appear on reports. Open Account settings from the menu.
Professional profile
- First and last name
- Company name. This is the business name your clients see on reports.
- License held. Choose from home inspector, general, building, residential or roofing contractor, professional engineer, architect, or other licensed professional.
- License number and license state
- Phone (optional)
Check the certification box to confirm your credentials are accurate, then choose Save professional profile. Your license is self-reported and isn't independently verified. Only sign reports you're authorized to certify.
Job title
Add an optional title, such as "Licensed Home Inspector", to show on new reports. It doesn't change your license type.
Report email address
Set the email address clients see on your reports. Leave it blank to use your sign-in email. Changing it doesn't change how you sign in.
AI Lab perspective
Choose the audience that best describes your work, such as home inspector, buyer's agent or appraiser. AI Lab tools tailor their language and priorities to it. This is only a writing preference; it doesn't change your permissions or which reports you can create. Existing AI results keep the perspective they were created with.
Before your first report
Complete your name, company, license and phone before you publish. Reports use these details in the inspector and contact sections, so missing fields can leave gaps in what your client sees.
