The Property Research Report: what's in it and how to share it
What the automatically prepared research report contains, how to customize it, and how to share it.
Every job includes a Property Research Report, prepared automatically when the research finishes. It's branded with your company name and logo.
What's in it
- Cover: the property address, photo, preparation date and your business details
- Property information: property characteristics and sale history
- Building permits: the permit evidence images and any saved permit notes
- Jurisdiction reference: the building department and appraiser links for the property
- AI Lab sections: only the analyses you choose to include
Open, download or share
Choose View Report on the Property Research Report card. From there you can:
- Download PDF to save a copy
- Print / Save PDF to print it or save it through your browser
- Share report to copy a hosted link
Customize it
- Correct property details on the Information tab. Your corrections appear in the report.
- Add AI analyses by turning on Show in Property Research Report in the AI Lab. See Add AI results to your Property Research Report.
- Change the photo with Change photo on the property page.
The report shows live data, so changes you make on the property page show up the next time you open or download it.
Present it accurately
The research report is a research reference. It isn't a home inspection, an inspection certification or a guarantee that records are complete. Real estate professionals can use it for listing preparation and client conversations. Verify any important statement before you rely on it.
