Creating an account is free, and every account includes a sample property. You can explore the full workflow before you pay for a job.
How to get started
- Create your account with your email address and a password.
- Confirm your email using the link we send you.
- Sign in and open the property marked SAMPLE on My Properties.
What you can try
- The property page: property details, permit records, jurisdiction links, notes and downloads
- The Property Research Report, including the PDF and share options
- The Wind Mitigation and Four Point report writers
- Report previews and the publishing flow
What's limited in the sample
Some features call outside services that cost money per request, so they're turned off for the sample property. These include AI Lab analyses, the ASCE wind lookup and report preparation for some writers. You'll see a notice when a feature isn't available. Everything works normally on a property you've purchased.
Use Reset Sample to put the sample back the way it started, or Hide sample on My Properties when you're done with it.
