What's included in a $6 property job

One purchase covers one job at one property address. Everything below is included in that $6. No subscription is required for a pay-per-job purchase, and there is no per-report charge.

Included with every property job

• Property research: available property characteristics and sale history (RentCast), permit history (BuildFax and other available records) and jurisdiction links for the property.
• Permit evidence images you can download or attach to reports.
• The Property Research Report, prepared automatically in branded HTML and PDF.
• 25 AI requests, shared across the AI Lab and the AI tools in the report writers.
• Every report writer that applies to the property: Full Home Inspection nationwide, and Four Point, 2026 Wind Mitigation and Roof Certification for Florida properties. Additional templates (commercial, mold and radon) are available when you add a report.
• Unlimited revisions to the reports in that job.
• Hosted report links and PDFs, under your branding.
• A property archive ZIP with property data, evidence images and published reports.

What has limits

• AI requests: 25 per job. There are no paid top-ups. Editing text you already generated doesn't use a request.
• Research coverage: records depend on the address and the data provider. Some properties return few or no records.
• Same address later: a new job at the same address, such as a re-inspection for a new client next year, is a new purchase.

What isn't included

• Scheduling, invoicing, agreements and client notifications. Those belong to the separate InspectionPress Platform.
• Inspection credentials of any kind.
