Use InspectionPress alongside your current inspection software
Keep your existing scheduling and reporting tools and use InspectionPress where it helps, including importing a Spectora template.
You don't have to move your business into InspectionPress. Each property job stands on its own, so you can use it as much or as little as you want.
Common ways inspectors use it
- Florida insurance forms only. Keep your main software for full home inspections and use InspectionPress for Wind Mitigation, Four Point and Roof Certification reports, with permits and ASCE evidence attached.
- Research before the inspection. Pull permit history and property data for $6 and bring it to the job.
- Slow-season reporting. Pay per job instead of a monthly subscription when volume drops.
- Full replacement. Write everything in InspectionPress and keep your existing scheduling and invoicing tools.
Bring your Spectora template
Under My Templates, you can import a Spectora Excel workbook (XLS or XLSX) as a private template, or copy one of the built-in templates and edit it. See Copy a template or import one from Spectora.
Using reports and research with another platform
You can keep your existing scheduling, CRM, invoicing and inspection software while using InspectionPress for property research and reporting. Share a hosted report link, download a branded PDF, or use the property archive ZIP, including the property-data.csv file and available permit evidence, when another tool accepts those formats.
Connections to another service may also be possible through an API or supported import/export interface. If the receiving platform allows it and the necessary permissions, formats and integration tools are available, a custom integration may transfer property details, research data or published reports to that system. Capabilities depend on the receiving platform and its API rules; this is not a promise of built-in, automatic publishing to every third-party product.

What stays in your other tools
