How a property job works, from address to finished report
The four steps from entering an address to sharing a finished report, and what happens at each one.
Every job in InspectionPress starts with the property. Here's the whole flow.
1. Enter the address
Choose New Property and search for the address, or enter it manually. Add a unit, suite or lot number if there is one. The address anchors all research and every report, so check it carefully.
2. Activate the job
Review the address and the $6 price, accept the terms and pay securely. Your account needs a verified email address before you can buy.
3. Review the research
InspectionPress requests property data and permit records once for the job and reuses them across every report. Your Property Research Report is prepared automatically. From the property page you can:
- review and correct property details
- open permit records and download evidence images
- use jurisdiction links to check official records
- add notes and run AI Lab analyses
4. Create, publish and share
Add the reports you need with Add Report, write them on your phone or computer, then publish. You can share a hosted link that doesn't require your client to log in, or download a PDF. You can revise reports in the job as often as you need.
