White-label branding: what your client sees

Which of your details appear on reports, what stays standardized, and how to update your branding.

Your reports present your business, not InspectionPress. Clients see your identity throughout.

What your client sees

  • Your company name and logo
  • Your name, title, license details, photo and signature where the report uses them
  • Your report contact email and phone
  • Your property photo and branded cover

InspectionPress doesn't market itself or other inspectors to your clients in the reports you send.

What stays standardized

Official forms, such as the Florida Wind Mitigation form, keep the required layout and wording. Some source attributions also stay visible, such as the data source on a permit evidence image, because they help the reader trust the evidence.

Update your branding

Change your logo, photo, signature, title and contact email in Account settings. See Add your logo, signature and profile photo.

New details appear in reports you generate after the change. PDFs that were already created don't update automatically, so generate a new PDF if you need one with your updated branding.

Hide the report header

If you need a report without the standard header, open the report's gear icon, choose Report Settings and turn on Hide Report Header. See Rename, hide the header or delete a report.

Verify property records and professional requirements with the appropriate official source.More in Publishing & Sharing
