Share hosted report links and PDFs with clients
Send a no-login report link, download full or summary PDFs, and share the Property Research Report.
Share a hosted link
A hosted report link lets your client open the report in any browser without creating an account. It shows the full interactive report with photos.
- On the property page, choose the share icon next to View Report, or
- in the report viewer, open Share and choose E-Mail this report or Copy Link.
Download a PDF
In the report viewer, open PDF and choose:
- Full Report PDF for the complete report, or
- Summary PDF for just the findings summary, useful for agents and repair negotiations.
You can also choose Save All Photos to download every photo in the report, or Print.
Share the Property Research Report
Open the research report and choose Share report for a hosted link, or Download PDF.
Keep links private
Anyone with a hosted link can open the report, and recipients can forward it. Send links only to the intended recipients, and don't post them publicly. See Protect client data and report links.
After a revision
A PDF you already sent doesn't update itself. After revising a report, send the new PDF or remind your client that the hosted link always shows the current version.
