Attach permit evidence and recalls to a report
Put permit evidence and recall snapshots exactly where they support your answers.

Attach a permit
- In the report writer, go to the photo area where the permit belongs.
- Choose Permits.
- Select the permit. Its evidence image is attached there.
Good places to attach permits:

Pin a recall to a section
From the section, open Recall Checker, look up the model number and choose where to place the recall. The recall is saved as a read-only snapshot. See Look up equipment serial numbers and product recalls.
Use evidence to support, not replace, your observations
A permit tells you what was filed. Your answers on the form should reflect what you observed and verified. If the permit and the property don't match, report what you saw and note the difference.
